This Privacy Policy explains how futpik, operated by S&G Co. ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and game. By using futpik, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you register: your name, email address, and a password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Gameplay data you generate as you play: your predictions, points, XP, levels, badges, streaks, and the leagues you create or join.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and general usage information used to keep the service secure and working.
- Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site, including a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie that stores your time zone so kickoff times display correctly.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and let you play the game.
- To calculate points, standings, leaderboards, levels, and badges.
- To send you essential emails such as email verification, password resets, two-factor login codes, and a welcome message.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms, including rate limiting and bot protection.

Information that is public
futpik is a social game. Your display name, level, badges, prediction statistics, and your position on public leaderboards and in leagues you join are visible to other players. Please keep this in mind when choosing your display name. We never make your email address or password public.
Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with trusted providers only so the service can function:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that run the application and database.
- An email delivery provider that sends our transactional emails.
- A bot protection and security provider used on our sign-up and login forms.
- Third party football data providers that supply fixtures, scores, and statistics. These providers receive no personal information about you.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes your personal account data from the game. Some records may be retained where required for security or to comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections, and optional two-factor authentication. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
futpik is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
