These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of futpik, a free football prediction game operated by S&G Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using futpik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A free game of skill

futpik is a free to play game of skill. There is no betting, no wagering, no purchases, and no real money or cash prizes involved. Points, levels, badges, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of value.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use futpik. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address current so you can verify your account and recover access.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard or in leagues.
• Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

When using futpik, you agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scoring, or interfere with the fair operation of the game.
• Access the service with bots, scrapers, or other automated means, or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
• Choose display names or create league names that are offensive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful.
• Harass other players or use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms.

Predictions, scores, and results

Match data, fixtures, live scores, and results come from third party providers. This data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or corrected. Predictions lock at kickoff, and points are awarded based on final results as reported to us. Games that are postponed, abandoned, or voided may score no points. Scoring rules and point values are determined by us and may change.

Availability and changes

We provide futpik on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

Intellectual property

The futpik name, logo, design, and original content are owned by S&G Co. and may not be used without permission. Team names, club crests, competition data, and related material belong to their respective owners and are used to operate the game.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service and its data. futpik is intended for entertainment only. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information shown in the game.

Termination

You may stop using futpik and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm other players or futpik.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the United States.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use futpik after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
